The only place we'll stay...

Liked: Everything was fantastic! I needed a bottle opener for some hard cider I had purchased and brought back to the room. I wasn't thinking that it wasn't a twist off. I called the front desk and the clerk (I didn't get her name but certainly wish I did because she was AWESOME) met me at the breakfast area so I could use the bottle opener! She offered to bring it to my room, but we were very close so I just told her I'd meet her there! She was so kind and friendly!!

Liked: The situation was so bad with confusion with reservations and front desk not sure how to process the reservation that we had confirmation for. We decided nt to stay at this hotel due to incompetency of staff. It was not safe.
Disliked: incompetency of hotel staffMy son who is military at Clovis was with me and he and I decided it was not safe for me to stay at a hotel that ould not even see the hange in reservation and take care of the reservation we had required for accessible room.It was not ready and it was 8 PM already. Cleaning staff had not been in that day Christmas Day.
