Liked: Bradford the night clerk was extremely helpful with directions & information; we were trying to find open restaurants, and he was over-the-top helpful. Our stay was enhanced with his friendly assistance.

Liked: The front desk guy was super friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and stocked with all the amenities. Breakfast was great

Disliked: Front desk and breakfast attending need professional training to be more professional. This is a hotel no a supermarket. If I asking for hotel facilities because the room have no brochure with information about it, I don’t expecting the front desk ask me if I don’t check the facilities online at the moment I make the reservation. This is rude and impolite

Liked: The breakfast was well organized. There was a good variety of food. The staff worked to keep it clean and stored. The stay was quiet.
Disliked: The bathroom could have been a bit larger or a space outside the bathroom to finish getting ready would be nice, also.
