Frustrating and incompetent DAY staff.

Disliked: Your DAY staff was not knowledgeable enough to book a wedding party. I had to pay for one room twice. Then she made up a false registration with the wrong date to cover her mistake. It had a bogus registration number and the wrong amount on it. Either you have an incompetent DAY employee or you need to retrain her. In order to stay with the rest of my family at your hotel, my son-in- law had to register me through booking.com. Now I am paying him back and booking.com says I am still registered at your hotel for a room. You owe me a free one night stay or you need to refund the money I have already paid for the room I was not given.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Nice selection
Disliked: The shower retained water at the doorway at least 1/2 inch deep. Was obviously long standing water. Shower pan was sloped wrong. Told management about the problem and was told she would have to see for herself
