Disliked: When I arrived the air conditioning was broken and the room was extremely hot. I had to book another hotel in the middle of the night and was assured to be refunded. Unfortunately that has never happened. So I contacted booking.com who told me they also cannot help because the hotel claimed they had offered me an alternative room - which is nothing but a lie. So a lot of trouble which will lead to a legal case now.

Perfect hotel for a trip...

Liked: This was our second visit to this hotel and we will certainly come back again. The rooms are small but nice; even equipped with a kettle, a big fridge and a microwave oven. Everything is clean and all the staff members are extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet offers a large choice of foods and drinks including fresh fruit smoothies and prosecco.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about!

Liked: Excellent location. My room was upgraded, very comfortable & cool (weather very hot) nice and clean & surprisingly quiet. Tea making facilities, fridge & microwave. Staff friendly & pleasant to deal with.
Disliked: The hallways were showing a bit of wear & and tear, but I would not let that put me off staying again as room was spotless & location ideal.
