Liked: Hotel is fantastic!!! Staff were all very friendly. The hotel is absolutely beautiful!!! We have no complaints at all!!!!! We were very pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and the cleanliness!

Fix the tub

Liked: The location was great. We walked to AppleBee’s for a late night drink and an app The 99 restaurant was closing
Disliked: The 99 restaurant was closing the kitchen for the night Around a month later I stayed there. I went o my room and the door was ajar. I was completely freaked out and told the front desk manager I wanted to be in the main building 1 or I want my money back. He said it was probably the cleaners. He understood my anxiety and frustration and got me a room in building 1. The only complaint about that room was they need a new tub. There was a big white piece of tape on the top of the tub.

Liked: We stay here often. We like that they are pet friendly and the fee isn't crazy like some places. The pool is big and usually clean. The kids like the little arcade. The breakfast is good and they have all-day coffee. The staff are always friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: I like the rooms that open to the pool, but there's not good ventilation, so the smell of chlorine is overwhelming. I got a migraine and a sinus infection after 2 days, I won't be able to get one of those again... which is fine because we usually have our dogs, and they aren't allowed in those rooms. If you're not sensitive to chlorine, I suppose that isn't an issue.
