Very good

Pricey for the area but...

Liked: Bed comfort good. Quiet. Good water pressure and softness. Location. Decent laundry but not updated for credit card payment.maintenance guy we met was an ambassador for the hotel and region. He loves his job.
Disliked: Property is on the older side. Could definitely use a remodel. Our shower head had a leak that sent water to the ceiling. It didn't affect our stay but with prolonged use, mold will start growing. Soap dispenser was near empty when arriving first night. These little things speak to sub par maintenance and cleaning practices. Didn't realize you have to ask for full maid service till we reached the room. This is something that should be discussed at checkin or even upon making the reservation.

Liked: the breakfast was good had a lot of good options the room was nice and clean and tons of space
Disliked: no elevator

In general I feel good...

Liked: Hot eggs were good . Choices good
Disliked: Key cards failed repeatedly. Room 240 near doorway was noisy. Housekeeping staff apparently “fluffs out” the box of tissues. That’s disgusting; please stop pulling out a clump of tissue to make it look like ??? You don’t need to be handling the Kleenex. That is unsanitary!!!
