Good convenient place to stay

Liked: Spacious room. Mostly friendly staff. Convenient location.
Disliked: No mint tea. Our room wasn’t cleaned one day; we complained and it was cleaned within half an hour.

Liked: Location is great, it has a great breakfast and the staff is friendly. Keep up the good work!

We won’t be back!

Liked: Bed was great, pillows, not so much! They seemed old and flat.
Disliked: No instructions on using the AC! No instructions on calling the front desk! Waiting downstairs for our rides we noticed dirty/chipped moldings and marks on the walks, missing pieces on the floor heating units! The place could use some touching up and repairing. If I’m paying a premium rate to stay here, it should be a premium looking place.

Liked: Friendly staff and a nice, clean room of reasonable size.
Disliked: The location is a bit remote, and in winter, the roads are completely covered in ice. Our room was a connecting room, and the guests next door watched a loud movie until 2 a.m., which disrupted our sleep.

Disliked: The jet tub was broken and I never received a refund

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. I liked having the Chena River there even if it was frozen over in March.
