Ok but the hotel owners...

Liked: The very helpful staff - going to the trouble of getting me dinner even after the kitchen had closed
Disliked: Parts of it are tatty.The shower drain was blocked, The shower water temperature controller was broken - so a very hot shower!Card slot for the lights brokenHairs in the grapefruit at breakfast!!

Liked: Friendly staff, and a good location. They also put me upstairs as there were weddings that day
Disliked: Too hot & no fan or aircon, couldn’t open the window due to noise from the wedding

Liked: The hotel is in an ideal location for Jet Parks 3 and Manchester airport. The rooms are large, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast has a variety of food to offer from cereal, continental or full English. The breakfast staff were attentive and we was welcomed with a smile
Disliked: There isnt much around the hotel but that cant be a negative to the hotel. When cleaning staff have their trolleys in the corridors it is a little tight to navigate with suitcases.When we first stayed here the car park wasnt chargeable but they have an offer on at the moment to charge £2.30 otherwise it would be £9.00The room didnt have many power outlets so it was difficult to ensure our devices were fully charged for security at the airportAlso there was an advert on facebook offering 20% off room rates, car parking and also free breakfast. As a returning guest and having booked in February '25 I enquired if the option of free breakfast could be added to our stay. After an uncomfortable telephone call with a staff member who told me to cancel my booking, lose the money and re-book, something I wasnt prepared to do so close to the trip but Dilpreet Singh the hotel manager emailed out of the blue to offer us free breakfast which was gratefully received and the breakfast was very tasty and just what we needed with us having an early flight. I have noticed the adverts have changed now & state the offer is for direct bookings only.

Disliked: No air conditioning and a fan in room in high temperature made sleep very uncomfortable

Convenient for airport, great breakfast...

Liked: Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom spotless. Some ofthe furniture a little dated butdudnt detract from experience. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: There were some clients in the bar at evening who were using very foul and loud language but this was not challenged by the bar staff meaning there was very few options to sit somewhere where you couldnt hear it.
