When I first got there...

Liked: The bed were comfortable.
Disliked: Absolutely everything including the staff and the general manager David Bean.

It was nice and affordable

Liked: Love the location and close to allot of amazing restaurants and mall and carowinds

Huge, dirty disappointment. Won’t be...

Disliked: I took pictures of our accommodations if anyone is interested. The place is disgusting! I’ve stayed in other Best Western Plus locations and they’ve been lovely. This place is a dump. Filthy. Elevator stopped working as we were carrying our things in. Extremely dangerous situation. And both times I went to my car, I encountered men loitering in the parking lot. Not the same man either. It was an uncomfortable situation and their behaviour was certainly alarming. Feel free to reach back out to me if you’re concerned about the cleanliness!

Liked: The location was great. Easy to get around and close to many great amenities.
Disliked: The breakfast area was very hot. The food wasn't very appealing. We chose to eat elsewhere.
