Best Western Plus Philadelphia-Pennsauken Hotel

Great value, clean, friendly staff

Liked: Very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly.
Disliked: We had extremely noisy neighbors, but realized that probably doesn’t happen all the time

Best Western Plus is PERFECT!

Liked: The rooms are very spacious, cold, new, and comfortable. The free breakfast was great! The staff at Best Western Plus were very kind to any questions we had. The distance from the hotel to historical sites in Philadelphia was not bad if you’re driving.
Disliked: A bit of a weird turn coming from a highway but other than that I enjoyed my stay here!

Liked: Good distance from the congestion in Philadelphia, but not too far to have a feel of the city
Disliked: TV wasn’t working at some point. It didn’t bother me too much as I needed my rest but my wife & kids needed it. She called but they never came to take a look at what’s going on with it.

Perfect for a quick stay...

Liked: It was easy to locate, staff was super friendly, check in and out were a breeze. The room was perfect for our one night stay, bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. The fitness center was good for a quick workout and breakfast had lots of options. It was a quick drive to Punchline Philly as well as the Citizens Bank Park.
Disliked: The fitness center needs to have towels available.

Disliked: Industrial area off main roads made it a little hard to get to. Tolls going in and out of town.

Liked: Crystal at check in was wonderful. She was super friendly and professional. The staff that handled breakfast were courteous and accommodating. The rooms were clean and inviting.
Disliked: We were completely satisfied. We have no complaints.
