Best Western Plus Peoria

Served our purpose. In town for one night. Room was very clean and bed was comfy.

Liked: Clean. Comfy bed.
Disliked: Location is behind an industrial area.

I booked it online as a gift to my mother to attend Dancing With The Stars Live Tour in Peoria, IL. The hotel was very clean, the staff was exceptionally kind, and the free breakfast was awesome. The pool was heated for my daughter to swim. The shuttle service to the Peoria Civic Center was free and very clean and warm. The driver, Beth, was very personable and informative on our drive. She waited past her shift of 10:00pm to come and pick us up after the show so we did not have to take a cab. She was the BEST! She also had to work the desk at 7:00am the next day, so it was greatly appreciated! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Peoria!

Disliked: Very old mattress, could not get much sleep. Additionally, I received a last minute call informing me that the swimming pool is permanently closed. Breakfast was ok

Liked: Bed was comfortable, shower was amazing. Breakfast was excellent every day(5) we stayed. , we brought our cavapoo dog and was very comfortable. Poolwas great. Staff very helpful. Last night saturday the kids were running up and down hall at 10:30 at night. I called the front desk and it was handled quickly. Five minutes and no more kids running. Parents should know what the kids are doing at a hotel at all times. Not the staffs responsibility to watch your kids. Thanks Beat Western, will be back!

Delighted with our stay

Liked: King sized bed, couch, chair with footstool, coffee table, refrigerator, microwave, desk, desk chair, hair dryer, large well lit sink area with three wrap around mirrors. A light in middle of the room in the ceiling. First hotel that I have been in with enough lights. Nice TV with lots of channels. Breakfast included. Eggs, sausage patties, pastry and fruit including bananas. Elevator. Luggage carts. Nice selection of soap, shampoo etc in individual bottles.
Disliked: No usb ports, but enough outlets. I didn't care, but the carpet was a little ragged between sections of the carpet in the hall on the third floor and some of the wall covering was a little warped in the hall.

Disliked: Almost got stuck in the elevator. It needs to be fixed immediately, and their letter on the wall states 3 people is max capacity as "she" ( the elevator) can't handle more.

Absolutely perfect!

Liked: The location was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. Room was exceptional, bed was VERY comfortable. Definitely found the only hotel I will stay when coming to the area!
