Best Western Plus Peoria

Served our purpose. In town for one night. Room was very clean and bed was comfy.

Liked: Clean. Comfy bed.
Disliked: Location is behind an industrial area.

I booked it online as a gift to my mother to attend Dancing With The Stars Live Tour in Peoria, IL. The hotel was very clean, the staff was exceptionally kind, and the free breakfast was awesome. The pool was heated for my daughter to swim. The shuttle service to the Peoria Civic Center was free and very clean and warm. The driver, Beth, was very personable and informative on our drive. She waited past her shift of 10:00pm to come and pick us up after the show so we did not have to take a cab. She was the BEST! She also had to work the desk at 7:00am the next day, so it was greatly appreciated! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Peoria!

Liked: The front desk staff when I checked in made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfy.

Will not return

Liked: We stayed here several times in the last 10 years. It WAS very nice.
Disliked: Very musty smelling. AC rattled all night. Toilet under rim disgusting and could be seen from the sitting area. Everything felt damp.

Always enjoy staying at this...

Liked: The staff is always wonderful. Breakfast is delicious with many options. Rooms are always so clean and comfortable. Location is excellent, so close to so many places to eat/shop and just a short distance to the interstate.
Disliked: The elevator at this location is a bit finicky. However just means I get my steps in using the stairs and has fortunately been fine when arriving and departing when I actually need to use it.

Liked: Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Great shower pressure and the shower actually drained nice and you weren't standing in water like a lot of hotels.
Disliked: Nothing really

An ok place if you...

Liked: Location was excellent!
Disliked: Issues with the elevator. Couldn’t have more than 3 people in it at a time. Would sometimes drop off at the wrong floor. They had a sign saying it but it would have been nice to know before hand. Bed wise one was super hard one was overly soft. Needs updated. Cabinet that contained the fridge did not want to stay closed kept popping open at random times. No wall unit to control the ac. AC was unreliable. Kept randomly switching to heat. Took forever even to turn it on.
