Best Western Plus Peoria

Served our purpose. In town for one night. Room was very clean and bed was comfy.

Liked: Clean. Comfy bed.
Disliked: Location is behind an industrial area.

I booked it online as a gift to my mother to attend Dancing With The Stars Live Tour in Peoria, IL. The hotel was very clean, the staff was exceptionally kind, and the free breakfast was awesome. The pool was heated for my daughter to swim. The shuttle service to the Peoria Civic Center was free and very clean and warm. The driver, Beth, was very personable and informative on our drive. She waited past her shift of 10:00pm to come and pick us up after the show so we did not have to take a cab. She was the BEST! She also had to work the desk at 7:00am the next day, so it was greatly appreciated! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Peoria!

Liked: I like the fact that the hotel is in a perfect location as far as visiting my family and shopping goes.
Disliked: The hotel is really dated as far as the furniture, decor, and heating/cooling goes. My air-conditioner began making a loud noise immediately when I turned it on. I was there for 3 days and I did not sleep well as a result. I reported this concern to the front desk within my first hour there. He stated someone would get back with me and they never did. :( Also, the wallpaper in the hallways is pealing. Overall, the building just seems unkempt.
