Best Western Plus Peoria

Served our purpose. In town for one night. Room was very clean and bed was comfy.

Liked: Clean. Comfy bed.
Disliked: Location is behind an industrial area.

I booked it online as a gift to my mother to attend Dancing With The Stars Live Tour in Peoria, IL. The hotel was very clean, the staff was exceptionally kind, and the free breakfast was awesome. The pool was heated for my daughter to swim. The shuttle service to the Peoria Civic Center was free and very clean and warm. The driver, Beth, was very personable and informative on our drive. She waited past her shift of 10:00pm to come and pick us up after the show so we did not have to take a cab. She was the BEST! She also had to work the desk at 7:00am the next day, so it was greatly appreciated! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Peoria!

Liked: I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made a big difference. I also really enjoyed the breakfast – it was fresh, tasty, and had a nice variety of options. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing experience.

We really liked this place!

Liked: Breakfast was very good. The room was huge!! The king suite 204.....really large!
Disliked: The AC in the bedroom did not work and the side door to the outside parking lot did not shut properly. The woman who checked us in was very rude.
