Served our purpose. In town for one night. Room was very clean and bed was comfy.

Disliked: Location is behind an industrial area.

I booked it online as a gift to my mother to attend Dancing With The Stars Live Tour in Peoria, IL. The hotel was very clean, the staff was exceptionally kind, and the free breakfast was awesome. The pool was heated for my daughter to swim. The shuttle service to the Peoria Civic Center was free and very clean and warm. The driver, Beth, was very personable and informative on our drive. She waited past her shift of 10:00pm to come and pick us up after the show so we did not have to take a cab. She was the BEST! She also had to work the desk at 7:00am the next day, so it was greatly appreciated! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Peoria!

Met our immediate needs for...

Liked: The location of this place was great. The breakfast staff was exceptional, we had two small children and they went above and beyond for us.
Disliked: The front desk worker was never to be found and has to wait several minutes at check in and check out. Also stopped to make a complaint and was not there. The pool was very dirty, globs of hair floating in the water. We were very sad by this as the children wanted to swim and we did not after noticing how dirty the pool area was. Our room floor has leaves and other garbage on it. We have two small kids so this was very disappointing. Our bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival.

Liked: Decent breakfast though something hot & lower saturated fat & carbs would have been nice. Some IHG hotels are now offering egg white omelettes (suggestion). Beds good.
Disliked: Pillows (I prefer a soft pillow with moderate stuffing), bathroom small.
