my stay was very comfortable...

Liked: the breakfast was a typical for a continental breakfast. food was hot and ready. coffee machine was down unfortunately but coffee was available in my room. location was out of city limits but where i needed to get to was not an inconvenience.
Disliked: the only inconvenience was the coffee machine at breakfast was out of order but was not a big inconvenience being there was a single cup maker in my room with everything i needed for a cup of coffee. staff could use a little more training on being able to pull a receipt for those guests needing to do expense reports during their stay instead of waiting for the final bill after their stay.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was fresh and filling, with several options available. Some fruit would be a great addition. The staff were polite.
Disliked: The staff needs more training. We were sent to an uncleaned room at first, but it was corrected quickly. I would have appreciated an apology from the staff, but they were silent when reassigning a room. Overnight, we noticed the air conditioner was leaking on the carpet, and we notified the front desk when we checked out.

Liked: I love the suite. The breakfast is usually exceptional. Location is perfect for us because it is close to our family.
Disliked: We have stayed in the same suite for about 8 years and it has the same pullout couch which is very worn and very uncomfortable to sit on or sleep on.
