Disliked: The heat wouldn’t work so my room was cold and there didn’t provide any extra blankets. The was only a sheet and a really thin “comforter” and the bed was horrible. It was hard!

Disliked: One staff member that I dealt with that lied to me multiple times. Because instead of being honest with me about not being able to do something, they just lied. But after the bad incident, I had a wonderful staff member named Marv that was helpful and delightful. He is a wonderful employee.

Disliked: I had asked for a fan prior to my stay amd was told that was not an issue and one would be in my room and it was not.
