Great hotel,shame about that restaurant.

Liked: The hotel comfort,room was nice,well cleaned by lovely staff.Breakfast was lovely, breakfast staff lovely.
Disliked: Always the same problem,the restaurant is a mess.Cant get drinks,closed in day,was closed at night.We ate once there,the night we got there,then it was closed.

Liked: Full English was excellent! Staff were very efficient and polite. Room was larger than some that we’ve been in. Case stand was appreciated. It was quiet overnight so we slept ok. Nice to have a central room light and a proper desk.
Disliked: Bathroom air vent was running for ages when we went to bed so I had to take the card out the socket and get into bed in the dark- same in the morning! Didn’t manage to alter the heating controls. Surprised that there was no safety device on the window to prevent children from falling out.
