Liked: It was hot but needs to change up choices

It was a bad night

Disliked: I had my baby with us and it was a terrible night, the room upstairs was so loud, we called a few times to the desk and were told they were going to go talk to the people upstairs and nothing was done. We didn’t sleep and the baby kept waking up due to loud noises coming from upstairs. we complained in the morning at check out and we were told we were going to be contact by the manager or with a response from the manager which we never did.

Liked: We had a great visit. The pool hours were amazing. The bucket of pool toys was an added bonus. Breakfast was good. Staff was so polite and kind. It was a very pleasant stay. We will definitely stay again.

Liked: Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Enjoyed fresh fruit selection. Beverage selection was great. Hot foods were filling too. The all day coffee machine was a bonus.
