Worst stay I’ve ever had...

Liked: It was warm and dry
Disliked: The gm is a real piece of work if u want to get over charged and have your overnighted mail stolen stay here with no give a f#### from management

Disliked: EV charger didn't work. Coffee maker in the room didn't work. Requested for house keeping, but it didn't happen citing "short staff". Bath soap in bathroom got over in just one use. Breakfast place was small, not enough place to sit and not many options.

Liked: Loved everything about the hotel and location. My son lives in the area, and this hotel will be my go-to place when visiting!
Disliked: Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order during our stay, which made it difficult for my elderly mother on the 3rd floor. Things happen. Will definitely be back!
