The stay was very pleasent...
Liked: Because of the virus it was only bagged breakfast and I didn't eat breakfast there
Disliked: I think since it wasn't breakfast the room pricings should be lowered And my phone didn't work in my room 117 Someone came to visit the lobby called and since they saw the phone wasn't working I think they should have came down and told me I reported it 3 times and when I left it still wasn't working

Great stay and reasonably priced!
Liked: The girl who checked us in at the desk (Taylor) was so friendly and even wrote down a list of restaurants we might want to try. She acted like she genuinely wanted to help us in any way to make our stay enjoyable! I know this should be a normal thing but it is not what we find most places. There was another lady at the counter the next morning who was also very friendly but we didn?t speak to her long or get her name.
Disliked: No real complaints other than to say it?s very odd and confusing the way we had to get into the parking lot, but I?m sure there isn?t much you can do about that.

Disliked: Although I realize that during the covid-19 crisis, the breakfast room must remain closed, I booked this hotel because it said that I would be able to get breakfast. A brown paper bag with a bottle of water and a VERY skimpy muffin is hardly a breakfast. I was forced to interrupt my trip west to California, which was already on a tight schedule, to get an adequate breakfast. I should think that when the breakfast room is shut, the hotel would go out of its way to provide a nourishing and varied assortment of QUALITY pastries and fruit to make up for the fact that the breakfast room is not open.
