Liked: The staff from the office to the housekeepers were teh friendliest I have met in a long time. Everyone was helpful and went beyond to make sure we were okay with some limitations due to accessibility with a wheelchair user. I could not have been more impressed.
Disliked: Accessibility issues with very narrow pathways. No room if there was a cleaning cart or scooter left in the walkway to get the wheelchair past for access to the one elevator. The beds were not comfortable, however, the rest of the room was great. Super large, especially with a wheelchair in the room.

Pricy but worth it.

Liked: It's extremely close to Disneyland. Breakfast is included and it's surprisingly quiet. There are several restaurants, drug stores and coffee shops in walking distance.
Disliked: Check in isn't till 3pm and there's no option to pay for early check in.

Liked: Zero water pressure couldn’t wash my hair or body off

Best location.

Liked: The location is excellent, right in front of the Disneyland gate. The hotel also offers breakfast. It was all right, nothing fancy, but you will need it to start your entire day in Disneyland. There are takeout restaurants and a small store for necessities. Thus, we didn't have to worry about what to have for dinner after returning from Disneyland. Our room was okay. It has a microwave, even though we didn't use it. There were more than enough charger slots, which I like. The free Wi-Fi was decent. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay for us. If we return to Disneyland, we will pick this place again.

It’s a nice property with...

Liked: Love the proximity to Disneyland. It makes it nice to not have to worry about tram schedules or long walks back to our room if we needed. We haven’t stayed here in quite a while, and the room remodel design is very nice! Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean.
Disliked: I don’t like that they charge for parking. We typically stay at a neighboring property that doesn’t charge for parking or hassle paying guests about vacating their parking spot by check out time on the day of their departure. They were fully booked for one of the days we were staying which is why we stayed here again this visit.

Had a great vacation.

Liked: Location was fantastic, could have had different things to eat in the morning besides eggs, waffles, pancakes. Maybe french toast, maybe more things to go with the eggs, like onions, tomatoes, maybe cantaloupe for the fruit, or honey due.Plan on staying again next time we go to Disneyland.
