Disappointing

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: I got stuck in the elevator amd had to call the front desk to open the door to let me out. It was really hot in that elevator. I was grateful to have my phone. Then i had to csrry mybtwo bags up the staircase with no offer of help. The linens were poor quality and the room was really dark.

Liked: Area location.
Disliked: Access to the building & to our room, the card reader or cards would not work at free will. Meaning we had to apply our cards multiple times, then we gained access.

Liked: Spacious room, well designed, nice furniture, lobby and hallways - the whole hotel looks new!
Disliked: Some of the towels are a bit thin and should be taken out of rotation. Hinges on the stairwell door need to be oiled. My room was next to the stairwell and I could hear it creak every time it opened.

Liked: Clean rooms and decent breakfast
Disliked: Elevator buttons didn't work

Disliked: It was warm out in the halls
