Liked: The staff was excellent. Our rental car was broken into and a staff member called the police for us and contacted our rental car company and found the nearest and open one where we could exchange the cars. The rooms are beautiful and very quiet. We stayed in the spa suite which completely exceeded my expectations. 5?????

Liked: Enjoyed my stay at in Davis at the Best Western Palm. The location was ideal walking distance to some great eateries and parking in site was a breeze.
Disliked: Had an allergic reaction to an ingredient in the complimentary makeup remover - my entire face, neck and both hands swelled and warranted a visit to urgent care. It was my first time ever reacting to a face product and I'm not sure what was in it to cause such a reaction but in the future I will only use my own products.

Liked: No breakfast. You have to pay at Bernardos next door. Location is nice in the town square. Staff was nice.
Disliked: Room was too warm - hard to cool. Hair in shower. Pillows not comfortable. Didn't feel like it was cleaned to COVID standards. I could be wrong. Very loud outside noise starting at 6:00 AM.

Wonderful place to stay!

Liked: Private balcony. Quiet. Restaurant was really good.
Disliked: An option for a mattress topper would be nice. Bed was way to firm for me and my wife.

Liked: Staff; location and convenience in the center of town; spacious rooms and comfortable bed; parking garage on site.
Disliked: Noisy in the morning...trash cans being moved and leaf blower.
