Decent enough for the price

Liked: Breakfast and the service was great. Same for the location and exterior aesthetics and building itself were great. Iris was awesome, very service oriented and helpful during breakfast.
Disliked: The rooms were not as clean and neat. Bathroom tub was stained and dirty, same for the carpets, and smell not so good either. They look like they need some renovations. The carpet is dirty and ugly

Liked: We loved staying at this hotel. The rooms and hotel overall were very clean. It is a great location, and the breakfast choices were great.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Overpriced room in need of...

Liked: The front desk clerk was very friendly and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room was dark, opened to the driveway, was noisy, the sink didn't drain well, the shower drain cover was loose, and I had to go to a Starbucks to make zoom calls because the wifi wasn't very good. Overall, the room wasn't very nice.

Very poor and run down...

Liked: Very little
Disliked: The breakfast room was boiling hot, a very poor selection was on offer and I didn't like using paper plates and cups, and plastic cutlery. The mattress was like a sand-bag, the grout in the bathroom was grubby and there was a cockroach in our room which I reported to reception.

Disliked: Very dated facilities. Rooms and bathrooms need refurbishment
