Liked: Confessed I apologize for my friends I enjoyed the front desk the lady that was there I forgot her name but she was very professional very well like the only bad thing that I can say about my stay is I checked in with Best Western Plus and Best Western Plus customers can get Wi-Fi so I was very disappointed I might stay there was with no Wi-Fi because I was the Best Western Plus customer so my stay I did not have phone service because I could not have Wi-Fi you called the front desk gave me it did not work and it told me the reason why because I was the best with Plus customer I was very unhappy about that other than that everything was fine.
Disliked: Had no Wi-Fi to use for best was Plus customer very disappointed with that

Liked: Everything no complaints you get you pay for it wasn't the Ritz Carlton but it was dated but it was clean and was decent.
Disliked: It would be nice to have an ice machine on every floor.

Liked: This is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in, for this price.
Disliked: The bed was on the hard side, but I travel with a memory foam pad, because I need lots of cushion.
