Liked: Close to theater.
Disliked: No information in rooms about hotel amenities; very basic hotel.

Could have been quite good...

Liked: Good sized room, comfortable beds, courteous staff.
Disliked: A persistant and very pungent food smell in the room made our stay nearly unbearable, the smell permeated our clothing and hair even after just a few minutes in the room. It seems the room was above a restaurant and apparently there were no other rooms to change too. If they can't come up with a ventilation solution, the room should not be offered to guests.

Liked: Great wifi, comfortable bed. Carpet replaced with healthier hardwood.
Disliked: Toilet needed flushing twice. Garbage truck at 7am (Room 8). A little on the pricey side

Disliked: No comment, every thing was excellent

Disliked: My room door kept getting stuck and we were locked out. They said they would remove the upgrade charge. However it was not an upgrade. We had to go to the front desk on 3 occasions to have someone come to push on the door to get it open.

Liked: The front desk lady ((sorry cannot remember her name) was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. I travelled to Ottawa as my mother (90 years old) was about to pass away - needless to say I was t in the best frame of mind - she helped to make my first day in Ottawa as stress free as she could. Will be ever thankful for her kindness
