It would be helpful if...

Liked: We had a decent stay overall, but there were a couple of disappointments. The washroom was clean, but the carpets in the room didn’t feel clean and could use more attention.
Disliked: Another issue was with the bathtub - when booking, I specifically looked at the photos and saw a bathtub, which was important for us as we were traveling with a todler. However, the room only had a shower. When I asked the front desk, they told me the hotel had been recently renovated and now all rooms have showers only. I explained the inconvenience, but the only response was, “I’m very sorry,” and nothing was done to update the misleading photos or offer a solution.It would be helpful if the hotel updated their room listings to reflect the current setup, and also improved overall cleanliness, especially of the carpets.

Perfect stay with a view

Liked: I LOVED the deck off the room and the view of the yard and river!! The room was spacious and beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. We enjoyed the pool with the kids and loved the pool side tables and loungers.Bonus points for the free coffee bar in the lobby! Would definitely stay again
