Liked: Room was very clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Cabinet door to mini fridge came off its hinges.

We were in room 123 and thought at one time it must have been a designated smoking room or else a previous guest had been smoking illegally. The smell of smoke was evident and caused me to have several sneezing fits. A flat screen TV would be nice too.
Liked: Roomy, good meal in dining room, no problems with staff.

Possibly our best overnight experience ever! Wonderful facility. Great room. So many lovely small touches from the sterilized remote control to the generous and complimentary full breakfast to the shuttle service to Rama. Even bath salts for the spa tub. We loved everything about this spotless hotel and will be back again!!! Thank you.
