Absolutely would not stay here...

Liked: The pool looked decent but we did not use it. The mattress was reasonably comfortable. The toiletries were nice.
Disliked: Front desk staff is incredibly rude and has a disgusting and discriminatory attitude about disabled guests and service animals. A formal complaint was submitted regarding flagrant ADA violations. The bathroom in the room was filthy, with someone else’s hair everywhere. There was also a dark wig hair imbedded in the bedsheets. The walls and doors here are paper thin. You can literally hear every word of conversation, TV, sexual activity, even coughing. Doors slamming in the hallway repeatedly. The front desk called my room at 3am about my TV even tho the volume was only on 10 and really required captions to even hear. The lobby is so hot and muggy and the parking lot has zero shade under the horrible Texas sun. The entire area does not feel safe.

Convenient to interstate 10, easy...

Liked: I make this same 2500 mile drive (2-way) twice a year. Not only is this property conveniently located along the route, it is my favorite one. For my purposes, it checks all the boxes and is priced competitively. The staff/owner are always pleasant and I have everything I need. For the money, this property is the best deal for me. I’ve never had a complaint and will continue to use this property in my biannual trip.
Disliked: I have no negative comments.
