Disliked: Fire detector in room went off. Worker stepped on bed to pull it down and turned it off. It was a little bizarre. It must happen often because he was not concerned.

Liked: The breakfast was ok. The egg/omelet had probably been in the warmer for a while
Disliked: Each night loud banging or door-slamming was waking me from sleep multiple times through the night. It made me feel unsafe causing a restless night.

Liked: It was easy to get to and centrally located. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Bugs!!!! Staff refused to call...

Liked: I didn’t the lady was not helpful at all when I came across the picture with a bug in it. Her response it’s behind glass what are you scared of. That made me very upset she refused to call the manager until I told her I’d call the cops. She just said she would put us in another room. After that I wouldn’t have stayed there period.
Disliked: Rude staff not out for the comfort of there people at all.

Liked: The staff was courteous and friendly.
