Liked: close to airport
Disliked: We had to pay $15.00/day to leave our car at the hotel for 5 nights, even though the additional cost was never mentioned in the booking or reservation information. We paid more than $50.00 more for one night through Booking.com then we would have had we walked in and taken a room. We were 3 minutes late showing up for our scheduled airport shuttle and they left with out us and made no alternative provision for us to get to the airport.

very nice location near O'Hare...

Liked: walk in shower, adequate breakfast-not fancy in any respects; scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, various fruits and breads. Hotel was redone fairly recently so hallways, elevator etc were nice. Room was typical, bed was 3.5 on 5 scale.
Disliked: our door allowed external hall light from the bottom. Egress to/from the street is tight
