Liked: Friendly, inviting place to stay, the staff were all wonderful

Not a place to stay...

Liked: Room size was adequate with en suite ,coffee facilities ,tv all good. Bed itself was comfy but pillows were just lumps of bunched up foam. Horrible. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good but a pot of coffee would have been better than a cup.
Disliked: Bathroom grout around the bath in a very poor state. Whole place very “tired”. Obviously no one checks the state of the rooms regarding maintenance, it would have been useful to have a disposable shower cap. Music from parties going on was far to loud to allow me to sleep. Curtains were hanging off the rail and the window frame itself was disgusting. Room was hot and couldn’t open the window due to the noise.

Liked: Very comfortable bed, slept really well
Disliked: Room was too hot, bathroom dated- in need of a refurb, bar staff rude. No lifts, we were on the 2nd floor and had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs

Great place to stay

Liked: Friendly staff, the bed was very comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was lovely.

Liked: We were pleased to have waitress service at breakfast. We liked the large white towels.
Disliked: The bathroom was tired and not very clean. The position of the TV, dressing table and mirror was poorly thought out, mirror not over dressing table. The over-all decor in the hotel was tired and in need of TLC.

Liked: Room and breakfast good
Disliked: Very noisy as above carpark and gave our breakfast to some else so waited another 1/2 HR before we received it.
