Not the best Best Western

Liked: Good location and TV has an extensive selection of channels
Disliked: The room had a stench and looked very worn. The sheets were rough too. There was lots of prior guests’ hair in the bathroom and on the desk.

Disliked: When I realized I booked at the wrong hotel, I tried to contact the property before the deadline for a free cancellation and no one spoke English. So I tried to message them on the Booking.com app which they had previously messaged me on and now it has been three days since I was supposed to stay at this hotel and I have yet to hear back from them, very unprofessional. I could’ve gotten my money back if they would’ve just answered me in a timely manner. If I ever plan a trip to Mexico, I will never be staying at this hotel.

The great breakfast could not...

Liked: The building was nice and clean. The breakfast available from the restaurant was wonderful.
Disliked: The first night it seemed as if we were the only people in the hotel. The lobby was dark. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and we did not have hot water for our showers. We reported the water problem, and they asked if they could send someone into the room - we said yes - but the second night, we still had no hot water. No shower for two days (and no washcloths) for a quick wash. They could have offered to move us to another room - but nothing was done about the lack of hot water.

Overall very nice hotel

Liked: The view of the city and so close to food park
Disliked: The staff didn’t even tell me there was a business center and I needed so make copies and print from email

Liked: I love the location, everything is near by and convenient
Disliked: The room had an moldy smell, wasn't clean enough, looked pretty old and was mild dirty. Loby, hallways, elevator and overall place was dirty and lacking maintainance.The room was old and the carpet dirty, the bathroom was dirty and outdated Also.It's not woth the money.The only thing good was the reception staff, the bed was comfortable and the location was good.

The hotel is good and...

Liked: Location is very good for our purposes. Parking is easily accessible and feels secure.
Disliked: Better information about breakfast availability. Any consideration for early arrivals. The metal ring I the bottom of the wash hand basin in room was dull. When rubbed with a cloth dirt came off and metal was brighter. Metal ring was dirty and needs to be cleaned each time the sink is cleaned.
