Room was warm and comfortable. Bar meal was prompt and delicious. Staff very helpful, nothing too much trouble for them.

Liked: Extremely helpful and friendly receptionist and bar staff. Couldn't be more helpful.
Disliked: No negative comments to make.

Rooms and communal areas very well maintained - very clean and facilities provided as advertised. Highly recommend a visit!

Liked: Staff are fantastic - very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the 13.95 evening meal deal ( 3 course meal and a glass of wine ) - food was exceptional and very good value for money.
Disliked: My room was next to the stairs and the floors in the hallway were very creaky, so, with people walking up and down the halls all night, I didn't get much sleep.

Nice people, niceish room. Improvements...

Liked: Firstly, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I had interactions with 2 ladies and one chap, and each was an absolute credit to the business.
Disliked: When I returned to my room following a post-work dinner, I found that the electricity had gone off in the room. Thankfully, a male member of staff responded very quickly and resolved the issue. That same evening, I noticed that the curtain from the bathroom window was missing. This wouldn't usually be a problem but the low-set bathroom window was right next to the toilet and facing onto a busy main road.... so I had to use the toilet in the dark.

Disliked: Water pressure could be stronger. No shampoo (was included according to description).
