Best Western Plus Nottingham Westminster Hotel

Room was warm and comfortable. Bar meal was prompt and delicious. Staff very helpful, nothing too much trouble for them.

Liked: Extremely helpful and friendly receptionist and bar staff. Couldn't be more helpful.
Disliked: No negative comments to make.

Rooms and communal areas very well maintained - very clean and facilities provided as advertised. Highly recommend a visit!

Liked: Staff are fantastic - very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the 13.95 evening meal deal ( 3 course meal and a glass of wine ) - food was exceptional and very good value for money.
Disliked: My room was next to the stairs and the floors in the hallway were very creaky, so, with people walking up and down the halls all night, I didn't get much sleep.

Superb

Liked: Friendly and helpful reception staff. Arrived before check-in and parking was available. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Our room was hot and stuffy but we realised there was a fan in the wardrobe as we were leaving!

Clean and tidy needs updating

Liked: It’s was clean and tidy, bathroom needs an update though
Disliked: The bathroom was quite small and the water pressure was horrendous, it was like standing under a tap, needs updating

Spotless cleaning

Liked: Nice staff, nice breakfast, very clean and good parking. Not far from the city centre. Good size tv in the room.
Disliked: The bed was too small, almost falling off a bed a few times.. It was very noisy in the morning( outside), the room(106)being on the ground floor. Price was a bit high for the room(small) that we had.

Liked: Irisa (the lady at the desk) was absolutely wonderful. A credit to Best Western. She was so good from start to finish. Room and bathroom were massive.
Disliked: Carpet stain. Furniture tired. Smoke/ heat detector flashing all night. Ridge between the mattress. Breakfast cool
