Best Western Plus Nottingham Westminster Hotel

Room was warm and comfortable. Bar meal was prompt and delicious. Staff very helpful, nothing too much trouble for them.

Liked: Extremely helpful and friendly receptionist and bar staff. Couldn't be more helpful.
Disliked: No negative comments to make.

Rooms and communal areas very well maintained - very clean and facilities provided as advertised. Highly recommend a visit!

Liked: Staff are fantastic - very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the 13.95 evening meal deal ( 3 course meal and a glass of wine ) - food was exceptional and very good value for money.
Disliked: My room was next to the stairs and the floors in the hallway were very creaky, so, with people walking up and down the halls all night, I didn't get much sleep.

Liked: Good size room. Tv, tea and coffee and a fan
Disliked: Was busy at breakfast so not a lot of selection left.

Good base for town centre

Liked: The room was big as an executive suite,
Disliked: The busy A60, right outside room. Windows open constant traffic at night and emergency services. Light sleeper.No Aircon.Crumbs found on floor when first arrived, no blind or curtain in the bathroom.didn't really have the executive feel , with no fridge, another sofa etc.

Liked: Spacious room , very large bed , bathroom very big
Disliked: Breakfast room was full , no dishes or cutlery was available, run out of orange .. had to site in the bar area

Excellent stay.

Liked: We got an upgrade and the room was amazing, comfortable and spacious. Slept well. Excellent shower.
Disliked: Nothing really. Being pedantic, the handle to open the window was quite stiff. And the shower is coming loose from the wall as was towel rail.
