Best Western Plus North Shore Hotel

A really great first night...

Liked: Excellent rooms . Great breakfast . Very friendly staff . Good location for travelling north .
Disliked: It was perfect for our needs . Wish we could have stayed longer .

Exceptional

Liked: We enjoyed the outdoor space and fire pit very much!!! And the breakfast is exceptional, with many choices and a large area to sit.
Disliked: Perhaps the sprinklers should be timed to either go off before dusk, or in the middle of the night. We got sprayed as we were enjoying the fire pit- LOL.

Superb

Liked: Clean and well staffed. Everything functional as should be. Good parking. Nice location.

Other than the bed-I found...

Disliked: In an accessible room with a walk in shower-I do not understand why the bed was so high. I could not get into it. The staff did find me two stools which I used to get into bed-but it put a lot of unnecessary strain on my bad knee.

Exceptional

Liked: Very friendly staff, good breakfast, beautiful outside patio with a fire pit. Large pool. Very nice size rooms.

Nice place to stop when...

Liked: The hotel is close to the freeways coming out of Boston. This s a good place to stay after a long day of air travel. It took about 1 hour to get to the hotel from the airport as we headed north in rush hour traffic. There are some good dining choices nearby. The breakfast included hot items, and was good.
Disliked: Nothing that I can think of.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was spacious. Confortable beds and big,microwave and fridge. Calm,no noise. Very clean
Disliked: The location wasn't my favourite. It's off the motorway. If you have a car is fine but still not really good. Especially if you're coming back past 10pm.

It was perfect! I would...

Liked: The location was perfect. Right on and off the highway and close to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was great amd the staff was friendly.
Disliked: I was surprised there wasn't any extra bedding in the room.
