Best Western Plus North Miami/Bal Harbour

I have stayed here before when visiting my Scholar at FIU. Love how close it is to the Biscayne Campus. The staff is friendly and hotel is clean. I had no issues at all. Should I need to visit North Miami again, Best Western here I come. Keep up the excellent work.

Would not stay here again.

Liked: Gave us a new room because of the cigarette smell.
Disliked: Old and expensive for the amenities. Bathroom smelled of cigarettes. Made photocopies of my license and credit card in case we damaged the room. Not sure why that would be needed when I prepaid the room and presented the same card at check in. Unnecessary to do that especially in an age of identity theft.

I'll be back.

My stay was gloomy yet...

Liked: The property was nearby many stores and restaurants including a shopping plaza across the street. Its very convenient.
Disliked: The North Miami sewage is decoration. It rained and the property’s parking lot was EXTREMELY flooded with water. Our car was at risk for water damage.
