Very good
Liked: Staff was very accommodating and apologetic when the AC in the room stopped working. They were able to upgrade us to a suite and assist us with anything we needed.
Disliked: Some of the other patrons were causing a disturbance and the pool had to be shut down due to unsupervised kids from a football team.

Liked: There was over 100 kids out of control all over the hotel. Police were called Parents fighting. I want my money back

Very disappointed and highly doubt...
Liked: Location was great. All the shops were right there.
Disliked: When we arrived, the air in our unit wasn’t on. We left and came back and it still wasn’t working. Very unacceptable considering the temperatures during our stay plus having two very small children. They did end up moving us after we had to listen to screaming babies for an hour because they were so hot. We ask if they had a fan and they said they didn’t. The vending machines were not working and then not even there. The TV would not connect to anything. The floors inside the hotel were sticky and gross. I’m very very disappointed in this place, considering the amount of money I had to pay.

THEY DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS...
Liked: It was conveniently located to the baseball hall of fame.
Disliked: I did not like the fire alarm that kept going off from 2:30 AM - 3:10 AM. Stuff happens! HOWEVER! They never called the fire department until 3:10, another patron (retired VET and police office) how to make the call. There was clearly smoke and a smell coming from the machine room, where it was tripped, so to determine that it was a false alarm, that kept going off and risking everyone’s life is absurd. To add insult to injury - since the manager was on property once this occurred until the next afternoon, the kitchen did not have the proper equipment allowing the staff to provide a decent “free breakfast” and breakfast was a joke! You think that after doing this to your customers you would have gone to the local bagel and/or dunkin and provided something above leftover boil eggs, semi frozen potato, and Luke warm bacon. This bad breakfast/poor kitchen equipment, was validated the next day when I watched the sweet woman preparing breakfast (trying to) run from the kitchen facility to a vacant guest room to use the microwave to heat items. Talk about not sanitary! THEY DO NOT VALUE THE CUSTOMER OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Additionally - the carpet smells like mold and needs to be replaced, I now have sinus issues after two nights there - I couldn’t leave soon enough, if I could have been refunded I would have left as soon as I checked in the mold in the AC and/or carpet was that bad.
