Liked: I like the area had good food choices
Disliked: I didn’t like that the workers were lounging around with their own guest also the bathrooms weren’t so clean in the shower areas. Also the carpet in the hallway smelled like animals and smoke and disinfectant. Also the rooms were warm in humid, and also carried a smell.

Liked: The Best Western Plus had a bed, shower, toilet, and shower.
Disliked: The hotel needs to be updated. I had to kill a roach that was in the room with me. Before I took a shower, I sprayed the shower with clorox bleach spray. I didn't know that I had to put my wet towel outside of the door to let housekeeping that I needed more towels. I came back to the room and found that the bed wasn't made.

THIS WAS A TERRIBLE STAY.

Disliked: The AC went out in our room. We had to pack up all our things and move to another room. That room had a really bad smoke smell and the AC was not working right and had a bad odor. The bedding had stains on them. We went to Walmart to purchase something to sleep on. My daughter has asthma and the smoke smell messed with her really bad. We were hot all night with a terrible smell. The front desk was not helpful. I would never stay at this hotel again. This was a terrible stay. Hopefully Booking.com can rectify this issue.
