Liked: It was absolutely terrible. Our room smelled like smoke and there were rat traps IN our bathroom. We ended up leaving a night early and they refused to refund us. The worst experience

Liked: It was so clean it smell like roaches or nothing!
Disliked: You could only get in the building 1 way through the main lobby but there’s a side door closer to the extra parking you can only go out of.

Liked: The customer service was awesome. The room was spotless and comfortable.

I feel we paid entirely...

Disliked: The hall carpet is so dirty it makes you feel like there are other things dirty. The hall in our section smelled like pot and seeped into our non-smoking room.
