Disliked: There was hair in the eggs of the complementary breakfast. The room was dirty with pre stains on outside of the toilet and crumbs on the rug.

Liked: Liked the location of the property. Near to where we were going.
Disliked: That the pool was very cold and the pool room. When asked if they could turn up the heat, the front staff stated that they didn’t know how to do that but didn’t offer any suggestions as to how to fix the problem. If you are going to offer year round pool availability, make sure it is enjoyable and not a polar dip! Also have a floor that is designated for families with small children. Not all of us appreciate the noise of small children.

Disliked: I am a regular customer, I normally have no problems checking in after 4, yesterday when I arrived at 5:30 they made me wait half an hour to give me my room, they also told me that I had to leave it before 10 am when Here it says that I can check in after 4 and check out at 11
