It's clean; breakfast was good; staff courteous albeit somewhat slow. Was given a handicapped room initially but was changed to a room with a jacuzzi for the inconvenience of carrying baggage twice. Nothing special here but no real complaints or issues!

Disliked: The room itself was not clean. Dirty bathroom floors, stains/goop on the counter tops, and no daily room service to clean sheets.

Liked: Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good except the eggs.
Disliked: Ice machine broke on my floor(3). Have to go to the lobby to get ice. Ceiling tile discolored from a leak or something. For breakfast the eggs were lying in a puddle of water on the pan.

This place is unorganized and I will never stay again.

Disliked: The pool was not open at all and that was not told to us before hand, the phone and tv in our room did not work, the staff was rude and we were not offered anything to make up for all the things that went wrong during our stay. We paid quite a bit for one night and could not enjoy any of the amenities.
