It's clean; breakfast was good; staff courteous albeit somewhat slow. Was given a handicapped room initially but was changed to a room with a jacuzzi for the inconvenience of carrying baggage twice. Nothing special here but no real complaints or issues!

I was expecting better for...

Liked: None
Disliked: During the night were a noise the whole night and I couldn't let me sleep. literal you can hear everything from the 0outside. AC was not working property. No extra sheets

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: My daughter was bullied/assaulted by minor aged children left unsupervised in the pool area. Unfortunately adults don't know how to follow rules & be responsible for their kids

Our room was clean and...

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was very poor. Breakfast was 7 - 10, we got there about 8 am and most of the food was already gone. We came back a couple of times to see if the staff replenished the food, but that did not occur. There wasn't even any cereal left!

It was okay for the...

Liked: The hotel was close to our venue.
Disliked: Friends of ours found bed bugs so I felt like I couldn’t really enjoy my stay I was constantly looking under the sheetz.
