Best Western Plus New Cumberland Inn & Suites

It's clean; breakfast was good; staff courteous albeit somewhat slow. Was given a handicapped room initially but was changed to a room with a jacuzzi for the inconvenience of carrying baggage twice. Nothing special here but no real complaints or issues!

Liked: It was a decent price, and the beds were pretty comfy.
Disliked: The staff was none existing. They literally have nobody at the front lobby. When we arrived we waited around for a few minutes and I spotted a sign that directed us to call this number if nobody was there. Mind you, this was at like 4pm (prime time check in). It rang a few times so I hung up. Someone called me back and asked if I called, I proceeded to say yes that we are trying to get checked in. She said "oh I'm sorry, ill be down shortly. " The breakfast bar was not good at all, unless your okay with water filled eggs and a few uncooked sausage patties. Everything was about empty and as usual there was nobody there even keeping up with the bar. The beds in the room were comfy though, and the room was decently clean. The corners and around the furniture could use a little more attention but overall it was pretty clean. The TV service was horrible. It kept cutting out the whole time we were there and a message would pop up that the weather was effecting the service, however it was a beautiful weekend and in the 60s-70s our whole visit.
