Liked: The young lady who checked me in was very helpful. I asked about where to see live music in Huntsville. She ended up researching it for me and gave me a list of a couple of places. She provided excellent customer service.
Disliked: The decor could use an update, i.e., the carpeting in the building.

Liked: Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was great and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool as well. It's too bad the same room, same amenities costs over twice as much in the summer and early fall months. We would stay more often but find it difficult to pay over 50% more for the same room and service. :(
Disliked: Everything was great.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The hotel’s location was 5-10 minute drive to all the main attractions around. Oh and the breakfast? It was exceptional!
