Best Western Plus Muskoka Inn

We booked a handicap room...

Liked: The breakfast was good. Loved the waffle maker. Unfortunately, the tables were all taken but we were informed of an extra area but we ended up using the coffee table.
Disliked: More dining space. Luggage cart shortage.

Liked: Great location of the hotel. Spacious rooms with perfect cleanliness. Excellent and attentive staff. Very good breakfast with a plentiful variety of food. We liked everything!

Liked: Hotel was clean and the room matched what was in the photos online.
Disliked: No issues

Comforting, clean and welcoming

Liked: It was very tidy the staff were friendly, and the property itself has lots of parking. The room itself (king room with jacuzzi) was very spacious! Definitely enough room for an air mattress if needed.
Disliked: The heater in our room didn’t work very well and the vending machine kept giving us the wrong drinks.
