Best Western Plus Mountain View Auburn Inn

Overall very nice place to stay. The fitness room was well equipped and the pool was nice. The place seemed packed on the weekend that we stayed but was still very quiet.

Liked: Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet.
Disliked: Breakfast ends too early - 9:30a.m. seems ridiculous.

Great hotel, with great staff...

Liked: I was in town for work and normally would not have stayed in the Auburn area, but glad I did. I called 3 other hotels that said they had hot tubs, but all their hot tubs were “out of service.” I then came across your Hotel and your hot-tub was in service so that’s why I decided to stay at the BW. I really enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the workout facility. The breakfast was really nice too. I loved the bathtub in the room as well.
Disliked: I did get double charged for the room which my job was not thrilled about. The charge was credited back so all is well. I did not see the Mountain.

Much needed time away

Liked: The front desk clerk wad so ljnd and understanding. I booked theWrong day, but she was able to get me In that night. She helped me contact booking.com and best Western to make sure i wouldn't be double charged. I appreciated her help very much!.
Disliked: The pool was cold, so the kids complained

A comfortable, clean, and friendly...

Liked: Clean and well kept. Nice large area for my dog.
Disliked: A faint intermittent beep light a fire alarm battery going bad.

Great experience.

Liked: I loved the breakfast options and the cleanliness of the hotel and room.
Disliked: I chose to stay during Spring Break and I paid for it with my sleep. It was not the hotel's fault at all. I chose unwisely.
