The staff was really nice...

Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: Hallways dirty. Elevators broken. Ice machine broken. Doors to stairwell not working properly.

This is a fantastic hotel

Liked: I loved the breakfast, hot an cold choices. The pool was fantastic. Room was very clean an staff was always nice an on point! I will always stay here if needed again an I will always recommend this hotel! The cookies an cappuccino machine in the lobby 24 hours was the perfect touch!
Disliked: The only complaint I had was the elevator was broke the whole first day an I have trouble with stairs. But by the second morning it was fixed an no more problems.

Best hotel and staff I...

Liked: The desk staff at check in was outstanding!! Your elevator wasn’t working and she asked me if I needed to have a room with no steps as the elevator wasn’t working. I am slightly handicapped and greatly appreciated that since I was traveling alone. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable!! Extremely well lit!!
Disliked: Didn’t find anything that I didn’t like and that was rare
