Justin, visiting New City Gas

We got overcharged on our rooms, and on the second night our cards didn't work. When we got new cards they set it up as a new reservation so we got an extra charge on the credit card.

Liked: It was 5 minutes away from the venue (New City Gas).
Disliked: Overcharged on our rooms.

Hotel was great; location was great; staff was great.

Liked: The rep on the phone worked very hard to accommodate my needs.
Disliked: I was told the website discount was as good as the military discount. This was not true.

I enjoyed the location a lot; when I come back I will book a room with you again.

Liked: Service at reception was very good; room was very clean and had everything a traveller might require.
Disliked: Maybe change the pillows a little - they are too soft; room seemed smaller compared to Best Western in Niagara Falls.

Superb

Liked: The area was perfect for a first time visit. The restaurants and shopping were plentiful and within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly as well as helpful. The door on the cabinet to the fridge fell off and they had maintenance repair it immediately. Could use a little updating but that didn’t affect our stay or comfort.

Liked: Yes it’s a good location and the staff was ok the room has no blinds for the sun or the lights and the AC is not strong
Disliked: I don’t know why I was charged $50 on my credit while everything was paid online!

Great place to stay

Liked: the room was bright and spacious, bed was so comfortable. It was close to lots of shopping options within walking distance. Access to metro super close, bell center about two blocks. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: I think the shower head could be updated but it wasn't a huge deal just took a bit longer to rinse
