Best Western Plus Montreal Downtown-Hotel Europa

We got overcharged on our rooms, and on the second night our cards didn't work. When we got new cards they set it up as a new reservation so we got an extra charge on the credit card.

Liked: It was 5 minutes away from the venue (New City Gas).
Disliked: Overcharged on our rooms.

Hotel was great; location was great; staff was great.

Liked: The rep on the phone worked very hard to accommodate my needs.
Disliked: I was told the website discount was as good as the military discount. This was not true.

I enjoyed the location a lot; when I come back I will book a room with you again.

Liked: Service at reception was very good; room was very clean and had everything a traveller might require.
Disliked: Maybe change the pillows a little - they are too soft; room seemed smaller compared to Best Western in Niagara Falls.

Good for location but if...

Liked: The location was the best part. Very central and accessible to everything
Disliked: The room needs updating but the bed was comfortable !

Quite a dark hotel but...

Liked: Comfortable bed and lovely sized room
Disliked: The room was dark and dingy with hardly any natural light. We had been given this room as it was quieter than the front rooms, as continuous roadworks were taking place outside.The lifts didn’t seem to be working properly, and on our final day they were both out of order.

Perfect if you don’t need...

Liked: The location was amazing. Options for parking were simple and easy. Great restaurant option in the area. It was possible to be 6 in a room, perfect for a group of friends
Disliked: It wasn’t clean. The fridge didn’t work. The AC was loud.

It was okay.

Liked: i liked the quietness.
Disliked: I didn’t like how they never gave me back my 50$ deposit.
