Avoid this place, there are...

Liked: We booked this room to go to Tecate Pal Norte, upon arrival the room smelt like sewage, which was coming from the bathroom so we left the extraction fan on and left to go to the festival. Upon our return we found out the extraction fan did not work and when we complained we were told to spray perfume. The next morning we complained again and received a spray bottle with some liquid which did nothing to help the situation. Unfortunately for us there was no other accomodation available anywhere due to the festival.To make things worse we found multiple cockroaches coming from the drains and holes in the walls, at this point we left and found other accomodation.I wish I took more photos to show how bad this place actually is.Avoid this place.

Monterrey isn’t a fun city.

Liked: The hotel is bright and spacious and the breakfast is good.
Disliked: Though the hotel itself is relatively brilliant, the surrounding environment is dirty and inconvenient. The first night we were almost sleepless because of the loud air conditioning; but the manager changed the room for us for the rest of two nights where the air conditioning was much better, however, the floor was super dusty that turned our feet blackened.
