Negative outweighs good

Disliked: The bright auto light that came on in the bathroom. It completely wakes you up if you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Thisaspect completely outweighs all the good and will likely keep me from rebooking at that property.The breakfast was good but if you're going to have hash browns they need to get a little more color and texture than just mostly white and limp.

Disliked: The noise upstairs went on through the nightThere was only a shower no tub in my bathroom No microwave to warm up food in the room The breakfast was ok but area to small and not a great selection like other best Westerns I stayed at. No waffle station , no variety of food or juices to choose from . I can't have orange or apple I prefer cranberry . The barista machine was out of service so that was a inconvenience as well.

Liked: The location, close drive to the beach and activities, close to food. Staff is nice overall, rooms were plenty for the most part. Breakfast was okay, everything was app ran out, other guests were pushy and rude.
Disliked: Shower walls had mold all in the grout between tiles, that’s pretty gross especially for almost $400 for one night and having a family of 4 who all need a shower, makes you wonder what else isn’t cleaned properly. And you can’t get coffee between 6:30am-10:30am, which makes no sense to me considering that’s the time people drink coffee the most. There are little kuerigs in room, yes, but they don’t get cleaned. Ours looked moldy inside where you put the pod. So we didn’t use it.
