Good hotel to visit Big...

Liked: The room was very large and comfortable. The hotel was well located for our visit in Big Sur. It had free parking, which is a big plus.
Disliked: Breakfast was not good. Also the use of disposable cutlery and dishes is both cheap and bad for the environment. This should be addressed.

The hotel was nice and...

Liked: Location to Cannery Row is 1.5 miles and less than one mile from the wharf.

It was a lovely stay...

Liked: We liked the big room with a sofa bed and 2 king beds for 5 of us, the pool, hot tub and breakfast with the fresh pancake machine and juices. The service was great! I had been travelling with a cooler full of frozen sruff and staying in Airbnbs cooking our food but stayed here in Best Western for 2 nights so they were very accomodating and put all my stuff in their freezer while we were in Monterey. Saved our food fr spoiling.
Disliked: The location wasnt near anything we can walk to at night. Fishermans wharf is around 10 to 15 mins walk with not much to see in between.
