Disliked: Our room had huge ugly stain on the ceiling. The bed was uncomfortable and the telephone didn’t work Had to go outside to the breakfast room

Liked: There was a broad choice of breakfast items. The staff member was very friendly and welcoming.

Liked: The breakfast options were poor , plastic plates and the same food choice daily .
Disliked: The reception area was small , dark . Pool was being refurbished , that may have been on the web site but not noticeable .

Good location but pool empty...

Liked: The room was large and comfortable like usual
Disliked: Upon checking in... the kids noticed the pool was empty... the main reason we booked the hotel... we were told it was listed everywhere... but it was not on booking.com, or we would not have booked it decently disappointed

Liked: Nice rooms. Pool/hottub were closed so didn’t get to use. Staff were very friendly and helpful
