Disliked: Here’s my google review on our hotel: Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Booked 4 rooms ALL different confirmation numbers and bookings. Hotel cancelled all 4 rooms without notice . Went to check in and informed they were cancelled— would not budge as I had all confirmations with NO CANCELLATION info until 10 minutes after I went to check in.I ended up staying with 1 of my kids while moving 3 ppl to Hawthorne airport hotel. As the night progressed I noticed 4 rooms never used and those rooms were still available come the AM (for a hotel that said “we have no rooms available”. Biggest difference is I paid 152/night poolside and rooms were going for 280-290/night poolside. Hmmm interesting!!The room we had was horrible— carpets dirty and sticky, main light switch turned all power throughout the room on/off, our room door did not shut tight or even lock, the toilet made a huge grinding sound for 5 minutes after each flush, no parking available in their spots due to weddings, room cards never worked and were redone 4 times in the course of 1 night, no pool towels, pool freezing, no warm water for showers, breakfast was ice cold, coffee machines did not work in breakfast area, hot dishes did not heat up, bathroom fans didn’t work, AC was sub par to cool room off (temp was only 77 outside so not hot), hallways ungodly hot, chlorine in pool burned eyes and nose, etc etc etc. we complained and absolutely nothing done.Saga continued thru Sunday morning— no food on breakfast buffet (we arrived 1.5 hrs before it closed)- absolutely NO hot water— no ice throughout the building—If there weren’t festivals and summer fest in town we could’ve moved however there were no other rooms available anywhere.

I most likely won’t stay...

Liked: Location was great for what we needed and it was a good value.
Disliked: The beds weren't the most comfortable. This isn't something the hotel can control as much, but people were smoking right outside the doors making it impossible to avoid the smoke. I'm not familiar with Wisconsins rules when it comes to smoking in certain areas, but I feel this should be just a common courtesy for all people though.

Liked: It’s always the area and the pool. The rooms are decent.
Disliked: Not that I can think of.

Very good

Liked: The staff was awesome, They gave us great information about our stay and helped us to get on a shuttle to get to and from summerfest!!!!! I wish I could remember the name of the person who hleped us. Started with a T I believe we checked in early and she was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Strong Pool smell and very humid in hallways
