Liked: Stayed at Grand Hotel. In Salem night before. Except for the fancy Grand Lobby, the Mill Creek Inn bests the Grand in every category-and the grand gets a four star rating. I would stay no other establishment. Gas up a block away at Costco by freeway.

great stay ! ! !...

Liked: Free breakfast at Denny's was great !!!!!!!
Disliked: There was a Best Western promo - stay 2 nights get a bonus night. We asked if we could apply the stay to the promotion, They (nicely) said no, since we booked through Booking, not direct with BW. That was frustrating, but not the specific hotel's fault, BW in general's fault.

Our stay was great. Would...

Liked: Location was great. Loved the set up for breakfast at Denny's, that we were not limited to our choices. All employees at the hotel and the restaurant were very friendly. Our stay was great!
Disliked: nothing

Very good

Liked: The facility was really nice. Room very comfortable. Nice to have sink in tub area and another outside bathroom too. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was very disappointing for a Plus property.
