Best Western Plus Milford Hotel

Very good value for Leeds

Liked: Clean. Friendly staff who took a pride in what they do!
Disliked: No food available in the evening. Must have been a staff issue.

Great value hotel.

Liked: Easy to find. Perfect stop to break up a long journey. The lady on the front desk and working the bar was super friendly and very welcoming.
Disliked: Was a fairly warm evening and we couldn’t get the air con to work.

The staff were lovely but...

Liked: Very little. On first sight the front of the property was overgrown and run down. The inside was tired but mixed, there was underfloor heating on in the bathroom but one bed side light did not only not work half of it was missing.
Disliked: See above plus it was seriously over priced and despite the website giving the impression of a restaurant I was told that the evening meal restaurant closed 4 months ago and I had to drive 10 minutes to Aldi to buy my supper or go out to a pub! They did provide breakfast but it was not good.

What a gem, great staff...

Liked: Well situated for us as we were attending a dog show. So dog friendly, the staff were exceptional. Very warm and friendly and our Boxers thoroughly enjoyed being fussed. They could not do enough for us. The room was spacious and the bathroom immaculate.
Disliked: Situated on an A road so limited opportunity to exercise the dogs. In future we would stop off beforehand. However the room was very quiet, could not hear the cars.
