Best Western Plus Milford Hotel

Terrible

Liked: All in 1, hotel parking and bar/restaurant
Disliked: It was pay for parking and i was not told about this, i then paid and had no receipt - it started as a disaster and carried onI went for an evening meal ad it took 1 hour to get a soup delivered! I was then accused of not paying for a beer (which i purchased at the bar before sitting down in the restaurant. The staff dealing with thi was terrible and i will never go back to the hotel if you paid or if it was free

Liked: It’s was so peaceful very quiet place .Staff is really nice very friendly best customer service.thanks Normally when we book hotel near work place we don’t get much options but hear really good meal fresh .10 out of 10

Very helpful friendly staff clean...

Liked: I don't eat cooked breakfast so had juice, cereal, fruit and croissants and coffee all. It was all good. It was well presented as well

Great stay would definitely recommend.

Liked: Clean room and facilities every thing was just right for our stay .
Disliked: There was no way of opening a window and the air conditioning fan in the room did not work so it was a little warm . So if your staying in hot weather it would be better if the air con worked .
