Disliked: Yes very disappointed. I had to take my 1 year old to urgent care to get a huge splinter out of his hand the next day from the board he had that was just hanging out on the floor. Because I couldn't get the splinter out my self. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this. As it was a family trip and it had went bad the very first night we were there... still no reply or anyone saying anything back to me. I will be calling better business and an attorney if nothing is done from this stay.

Liked: I didn’t eat the breakfast. Location was ok.
Disliked: Front desk clerk needs to learn some customer service skills.

Liked: The room were comfortable, breakfast was quite good and the value was also favourable.
Disliked: Only that the tub didn't drain well.

Disliked: Pool area was slick and like a sauna!! Almost passed out cause it was so hot and water was also to hot for summer day!!

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. It appeared updated and in very good shape. The variety and quality of breakfast offerings were the best we experienced on our trip that included 3 other locations.
Disliked: The breakfast area and the lobby were not as clean as we would expect. Nothing major, just unvacuumed floors and counter spaces that needed to be wiped down. We were also a little concerned about the location - dilapidated buildings nearby, although the location was convenient to an exit from I-80.
